Dancing Contest Announcement Sample Letter

Subject:  Dancing Contest Announcement

Dear Students,

This is to inform you that our university is organizing a dance competition for the students on 16th March 2012. Students from all the courses are invited to participate in this event and make it successful.
All the interested students are requested to record their two minute dance clip
and submit it to their respective Head of Departments for auditions . Kindly mention your contact details on the CDs. These CDs will be viewed by the competition judges and selected candidates will be invited for final auditions scheduled for 7th and 8thMarch 2012. All the students are requested to submit their dance clips by 1st March 2012.
I want to give my best wishes to all the students and I am very pleased to announce that the winner of this event will get the cash prize of $1000.
